Bake till crisp 10 to 12 minutes. We use a timer for these. It seems no matter how long we have made them there will be a tray we forget, a timer reduces that possibility.Cool cups and store in air tight container.

Some of the ways we use these:

Filled with Avocado Mousse and topped with a slice of grape tomato (herb seasoning)

Filled with Caponata (herb seasoning)

Filled with Asian Tuna Tartar (sesame seeds)

Filled with Lemon Curd and topped with Parisienne Poached Pears and Raspberry Sauce ((sugar)

Filled with Ice Cream and Hot Fudge. (Brush interior of cups with melted chocolate cool and proceed)

Filled with Sautéed Apples and topped with a caramel sauce (cinnamon sugar)Filled with Canolli Filling, (Brushed Chocolate)
